James was friendly, courteous and helpful throughout; a real gentleman. It was easy to select a set of good quality clubs, a bag and a trolley. Collection and drop off was easy, as James was willing to meet me at mutually convenient places. The equipment was in excellent condition and very suitable for my game. I was happy to take the supplied gear into the prestigious Prestwick and Western Gailes and I felt properly equipped and prepared. I flew from Australia and played a few rounds, for this distance and amount of golf, renting golf clubs was easily the most sensible option: much cheaper than flying my own set in and much more reliable and cheaper than trying to buy and then sell a set of local clubs. He delivered our clubs on time to the golf club and when we couldn’t play because of the weather our tee time was changed to the next day and James left the clubs there for us to play with at no extra charge.
